Our Story
Nestled in the cool hills of Eastern Portland, in the small community of Dillon overlooking the coastline, you will find Linga Ya Farms Ltd., a family-owned micro-agro-processing and distribution enterprise. The property came with over 200 breadfruit trees which the family immediately began harvesting and selling to supermarkets and restaurants in 2009. From inception, the founders of Linga Ya Farms had a keen interest in providing employment and generating income for the surrounding under-developed communities and launched Linga Ya Farms Fire-Roasted Breadfruit in 2019.

Linga Ya Farms is a small family owned and run business that produces from our main location in the small, rural community of Dillon in Eastern Portland, Jamaica, giving support not just to our family but the entire community with each product sold.
